About Constance Porto
Real Estate is in my blood – my father was a builder when I was growing up. After he retired from building, he became a Real Estate agent at the age of 62, then a broker years later. He taught me everything I know about Real Estate. I have always felt that my success in Real Estate comes from my truly caring for each and every client and customer – I want everyone to be happy in every situation. I also treat everyone the same: it doesn’t matter what your status is, you are important to me. I also have a keen knack of finding the perfect match for customers. My father always told me that there was a shoe for every foot, and he was right. Especially with a home purchase, it has to be the right fit. Let’s face it, this is one of the biggest decisions of your life and you don’t want to get it wrong.
I moved to Hampton Bays in 2002 and I fell in love with this beautiful town, with its lovely beaches, parks, fabulous restaurants etc. It was the best decision for me. It is where I was meant to be. I really love selling real estate here. I joined Douglas Elliman, which was another really great decision. This is, by far, the number one Real Estate company to work for.

About Anne Francavilla
I started working in real estate while I was a junior in high school. At that time, there were no computers, iPhones, or iPads – everything was done face to face and written down on a yellow ledger pad! Customers’ addresses were kept in an alphabetized recipe card file….but it worked.
Now that the years have passed, I have familiarized myself with computers, learned the MLS system, and anything else I’m capable of learning! But I still believe that all in all, the best part – the most important part – of real estate is the relationship of the agent with the buyer or seller.
I have been living in Hampton Bays for more years than I care to mention! My husband and I, along with our three children, moved to the area, where we built and operated a motel/marina Colonial Shores Resort. The business is still in operation and has been a true success. Running the motel was truly a wonderful experience: helping customers and seeing them enjoy themselves in the Hamptons was very gratifying.
Now I try to bring that pleasure to both sellers and buyers when I show properties. I returned to real estate in 1984 and got my broker’s license. My son and I opened our own company, Premier Properties, which we ran until 2002, when it was sold to Century 21. I joined the Douglas Elliman team 3 years ago, and I’ve been very happy working for this top company. Attending corporate events has broadened my networking scope, and no matter where you travel, someone knows the Douglas Elliman name. Recently, I was privileged to become Treasurer of the Hamptons chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors.
My ultimate goal is to serve my customers to the best of my abilities, using my wealth of knowledge and experience to make them feel comfortable and secure in their journey of buying, selling, or both!
